Counselling & Spiritual Teaching

The main focus here is on Healing and Teaching - often combing both areas. I began this work in 2014, after two decades of exploring both conventional and alternative health & therapy sectors, which then led me to establishing my own approach.

When it comes to healing, my belief is that best practice comes from matters personally experienced. One of the key takeaways from my own therapy was recognising that most ‘experts’ lacked this element in their professionalism. This equates to ineffective healing, so I prefer to focus on what I know. You can ask me about this on initial enquiry. Various techniques and methods are employed, ranging from Counselling (CPCAB) Nutrition & Health (NCFE CACHE), Reiki (USUI & SEICHIM), through to Atomic Learning’ which basically means directly accessing universal Disciplines, through self development, and utilising them for the purpose of achieving effective healing at ‘source’. This is a core area within the process, as it enables genuine growth through awareness (intuition) which holds important emphasis.

The teaching element is helping you to understand how (cellular) psychology and spirituality operate in constant unison, on every level throughout every aspect and atom. This assists in recognising the universal system and structure that facilitates our physical presence (form) - more commonly referred to as ‘reincarnation’. Understanding our connection to the collective consciousness is also necessary, especially now, due to this universally scheduled time of evolution.

It is important to understand that, regardless of the principle enquired about, self-development is at the heart of all authentic learning and, therefore, takes time. This is is not a quick fix. It is a focussed, practical approach that requires concerted effort and commitment on your part. The ability to develop and ascend is reflected in our willingness to understand our human experiences, relevant and relative to the soul’s objectives.
